Student Ambassador from April 2023 to March 2024
Hey there, I’m Sadeer Issa. I’m so thrilled to be a Student Ambassador for Tokyo Tech this year! Coming all the way from Amman, Jordan. A beautiful mountainous country in the Middle East. I’m a second-year master’s student under the support of the Japanese Government Scholarship (MEXT), majoring in Global Engineering for Development Environment and Society at the Tokimatsu Laboratory. Outside of my studies, I love exploring the vibrant streets of Tokyo, trying new cuisines, and enjoying sports like tennis and volleyball. I studied Electronic Engineering during my bachelor’s and gained a minor in Business Management from the USA in 2017. Prior to coming to Japan, I worked in the fields of consulting and entrepreneurship with organizations like EY, UNDP, and others. Such experiences nurtured my passion for research and sustainable development. I can’t wait to share my adventures as a Student Ambassador with all of you.
